RIVA_GOURMET UNDER THE SKY
December 2019
Riva is a vegetarian multicuisine restaurant in Pune. The design ensures that the Restaurant visitors enjoy the outdoors and indoor spaces. The decks and retractable awnings draw visitors to enjoy the outdoors. Good weather and the Audumbar tree make the space irresistible. Mesh ceiling in the indoor space, creates a cozy space to enjoy the delectable cuisine.
SOHLA
January 2020
Sohla House is based at the foothills of Ajinkyatara in Satara, Maharashtra. The residence designed for a family of 4, is minimal- by definition. Big living volumes, red sash windows with seating spaces, concrete floors and exposed ceilings define the spaces. Lots of wind and light enliven the house. Corten steel cladding on the fabricated staircase that juts out from the built mass, acts as the naturally weathering element of the facade.
BHATT APARTMENT RENOVATION
August 2019
The penthouse in Aundh, Pune is renovated for a family of 5. The renovation is done, keeping in mind the needs of 3 generations. The family originally hails from Kashmir, hence part of the decor was inspired from there. Wooden joist ceilings, vertical posts for stairs, modern palette of colors and textures inspired from various parts of India. Flower beds and sit-outs blend greens into the living spaces.
